Description

This plant has long lasting, showy pea shaped flowers. Tall spires of pink and white flowers appear in late spring. Encourage new buds by removing faded flowers. Makes a nice cut flower too. Because these are day-length neutral – it will bloom all summer. Let some plants set seed for future, or trim back after flowering is over as these plants are short-lived – consider digging out in the spring every 3-5 years, woody parts removed, and new plants put back to encourage new growth.
